1/2 cup (120 ml) unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

2 tbsp Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 tbsp chia seeds (for thickness)

Sweetener to taste (like honey or maple syrup)

1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Steps to a healthy & tasty breakfast

In a bowl, mix whey protein powder with almond milk until smooth.

Add Greek yogurt and vanilla extract; mix well.

Stir in chia seeds if using.

Sweeten to taste.
