Ingredients

Sweetener to taste (like honey or maple syrup)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Steps to a healthy & tasty breakfast
In a bowl, mix whey protein powder with almond milk until smooth.
Add Greek yogurt and vanilla extract; mix well.
Stir in chia seeds if using.
Sweeten to taste.
Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to allow it to thicken.
Top with fruits, nuts, or dark chocolate chips if desired.
