In a saucepan, bring milk/water to a boil. Add oats and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes & stirring occasionally.
Once oats are cooked and thickened, remove from heat and stir in the whey protein powder. If it's too thick, add a little extra milk.
Mix in mashed banana, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
Top it with Wellx Peanut Butter, berries, nuts, and seeds.
Serve warm for a nutritious, high-protein breakfast.
