Ingredients

1 scoop whey protein powder (flavour of your choice)

½ cup oats (blended into flour or whole)

1 ripe banana (mashed)

1 egg

¼ cup milk

½ teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Butter or coconut oil for cooking

Steps to a tasty proteinous pancake

Mix whey protein, oats flour and baking powder in a bowl.

Now add mashed banana, egg and milk and whisk until it's smooth.

Heat the pan at medium temperature, place the pan and grease it with butter or oil.

Pour the batter into small portions first to get the hang of it and proceed accordingly. Cook it for 2-3minutes.

Once your pancake is cooked, top it with honey or maple syrup and fruits of your choice.

Now just dig in and enjoy protein rich pancakes.
