Ingredients

1 ½ cups rolled oats

½ cup mixed dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, chopped apricots)

½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)

½ cup unsweetened nut butter (peanut or almond)

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp salt

⅓ cup vanilla or unflavored whey protein powder

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber & crunch)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mix oats, whey protein powder, cinnamon, salt, dried fruits, nuts, and chia seeds.

3. In a small saucepan, gently heat nut butter and honey/maple syrup until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.

4. Pour wet mixture into dry and mix thoroughly until well coated.

5. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and press gently into rough clusters. Place them on the tray.

6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until lightly golden.

7. Let them cool completely and enjoy.
